"Im a contractor, iv traveled far and wide with work comitnents over the years, leith house is a great place to stay. Resonable prices with great rooms, the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Very close to all.the eminities you will need, If your staying in edinbrugh i highly recomend leith house for your stay you wont regret it."

"The location was great, a comfortable and accessible area, with transportation (but we always walked everywhere), supermarkets, restaurants and breakfast places. The room provided free coffee and tea, comfortable bed, hot water for shower, champoo, shower gel and towels. There was heating in the room."

"We asked in advance for late check-in but unfortunately no one was there to meet us, we had to call for someone to come open the door (but it was really fast). Regarding cleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (looks like a good scrub would easily fix it!). The kettle was dirty too, which made it impossible to enjoy the free coffees and teas. There were cobwebs in part of the room. The key to the bedroom also opened the front door, which led us to be worried if other guests could easily open our bedroom door. We were unsure if we could leave any valuables in the room. The room is carpeted but we could feel the floor was not in good shape under the carpet, like if it was broken."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ 3/5 We had a nice stay overall. The room itself was lovely — clean, comfortable, and big enough for two adults and a child. It was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The shower was good, and the room was very warm, perfect after long days out. However, there were a few issues. The hot water in the shower ran out at times, which was frustrating. The biggest problem was the noise. The floors creak loudly, and you can hear other guests clearly when they walk around, take showers, or use the bathroom. It made it almost impossible to sleep if anyone else in the house was awake. Great room, but noise insulation definitely needs improvement."
