"Perfect location, recently renovated, very modern interior, very clean, really comfy bed, AC, great double-glazed windows (sometimes necessary when some of the live bands or DJs were getting too enthusiastic ;)), super quiet neighbours, fast internet, brilliant bakery and pastry shop downstairs, great communication with the host! "The apartment was only a 15-minute walk into the town of poitiers and a 5 minute walk to the train station. As studio apartments go, it was lovely, and the balcony was a bonus! A full sized fridge and oven were great."
