"Communication was good. Easy parking close to property. Great location."

"Curtains closed as room was street level and people passing could see in. Single curtain on the window didn't cover the window enough."

"Le studio était très bien situé, près de l arsenal. Coin le plus agréable de Rochefort selon moi pour se balader près de la mer et en étant très proche du centre-ville. Les échanges avec l'hôte ont été très fluides et cette personne était très disponible et arrangeante. Le studio était agréable et a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les serviettes sont à la disposition ainsi que le nécessaire que ça soit en cuisine ou au niveau de l'hygiène et ceci est très appréciable. Les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée et celle-ci était autonome et donc très pratique. Le lit était confortable et d'une taille agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié le parking à proximité et gratuit"

"L’emplacement est top, avec parking gratuit devant l’appartement. C’est spacieux pour un studio, et très bien équipé et fonctionnel."

"Parce que rien n’est jamais parfait, il faudrait juste un couteau de cuisine, car les couteaux de table ne coupent pas tres bien… mais c’est vraiment un détail"

"We had a wonderful family holiday here. Alain and Christine could not have been more welcoming. The gite has access to the swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful flowers and fantastic after a long day sightseeing. The gite itself is spacious and has a lovely garden leading down towards fields. A nearby track can take you through the fields down to the bay. Alain could not have been more helpful to us. His English was superb and he gave us lots of local tips and guidance which helped us have a much deeper immersion into local sights and culture and helped make our holiday very special. Lots of local sights abound. Great coastal walks, lots of history, beautiful beaches and local festivals. Hillion is only a few minutes walk and is good for baguettes and all local supplies. There are lots of things for families nearby. A lovely place to stay and we hope to be back."

"Lovely clean and modern apartment with fabulous views from the balcony. Very close to the Raviere piste so you can walk a few mins then ski down to the main lifts. Washing machine was very handy too. The free shuttle bus to town stops just outside."

"L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre-ville à côté du marché Forville et du vieux port. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour permettre de passer un agréable séjour. Il y a même une machine à laver. C'est très propre. Et très calme. Les photos sur le site sont le reflet de la réalité. La literie est excellente."

"The location and facilities were excellent. The swimming pool and hot tub were a great addition and the location was hard to beat. A good base for visiting the beach and historical sites."

We were able to walk there with bags from the train station. Very grateful to be able to do some washing. No dryer but a rack and clothes dried overnight in central heating.Well equipped small kitchenette. Welcome bottles of water.It was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"Really nice stay if you are travelling through France. Only there overnight could easily have been a couple. The cabin has mod cons and air conditioning. Bedrooms are small but more than adequate. A bonus hottub is available near the entrance. Sliding door lead to an outside area suitable for eating out. Our hosts were excellent and informative. If I had to fault anything I'd have liked a view of the garden as it photos show the cabin from the house as being open."
