"Located centrally and accessible to just about everything on foot and close to tram stops. It is on floor 7 so above the street dust and most tree pollen which means one can enjoy the Toulouse skyline with an open window. There are restaurants nearby or one can buy from the many nearby shops or the Victor Hugo markets and cook on the simple cooktop. And the parking is a real bonus."

"The apartment is located in the very center of the city. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage is that a grocery store or cafe is located in the building next door."

"The downside of this location is that street noise is audible not only during the day but also at night. The building has poor soundproofing."

"Location was ideal for a nights visit to the city. Room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The host doesn’t speak English but that’s OK as her instructions could be translated easily enough. Parking is great but a bit tight for larger cars, easy to get to from the main road."

"The lighting in the hall was virtually none existent and we had to use a torch to find the key hole. Also the stairs from the street front door to the lift might be an issue for some guests with their luggage. No other issues."
