"Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Studio. Schlafraum ist durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt. Neues Bad mit Dusche Kleiner Balkon zur Straße hin. Zentrale Lage zu allen Geschäften und relativ nah zum Strand im Zentrum. Privater Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus."
