"I booked my two night stay separately which meant I would need to change room and one room was more expensive. When I arrived (apologies I cannot remember his name) I was met with a friendly member of staff who upgraded my room free of charge so I did not have to move room. He was extremely helpful and very friendly, great customer services. I would definitely stay here again when there is a discount from booking.com"
