"Hotel is excellent - location is perfect Staff are so kind & considerate and very professional"
"Nothing really!!"
"Great location, good security, wonderful pool and hot tub."
"Drinks were quite pricey compared to other bars locally but you are on a rooftop with a great view!"
"Great location in the centre of the town beside the Cathedral. Easy access from the airport via the tram. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was much larger than it seemed in photos- which was great. Lots of loungers by the pool and it was never busy when we visited. Rooftop bar was great too. 10 min stroll to Place Messina and to the Promenade. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back."

"Room was comfortable. The location was good. Roof top bar was very pleasant."
"The paper cups to drink from. To have i proper glasses to have a drink, of wine or sth else.."
"Excellent location, friendly and helpful reception staff, great sized room and lovely facilities (rooftop pool, bar and gardens). Very tasty breakfast. Very easy to get the tram to the hotel from the airport, only 5/10 minutes walk from the tram stop."
"The room needed a little care and attention, some skirting board was hanging off and the shower was leaking, reported the leak to reception but it wasn’t fixed. There was also a lot of marks on the walls and lamp shade like a cup of coffee had been thrown across the room!"
"Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk to tram station, Central location near lots of shops, close to the cathedral, could hear the bells ringing was nice"
"The room was lovely, but because we were right under the rooftop bar there was a bit of noise until midnight. Unless you are there it's lovely looking over the town with all the lights on"
"Location was excellent, room was large and clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was amazing as well as garden on second floor."

"The King size bed was very comfortable. Views were wonderful!"

"We booked a standard room expecting it to be quite small, but we were pleasantly surprised by its good size for two people. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well, which was a nice touch (even though we’re aware it’s not the most eco-friendly option). The breakfast area was comfortable, tidy, and clean, with a good variety of both savoury and sweet options. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the RER and two metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were kind, helpful, and always available when needed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend"
"Brilliant location for the train station. Friendly staff clean room. Had view of huge clock at station."
"Location was great and the upgraded room was beautiful"
"Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, staff very friendly and surprising us with personalised letter because we told them was our first time, nice and clean, nice view to the most wanted attractions in Paris, the Eiffel tower. Everything perfect we will definitely come back and to the same hotel. Nice and Everything what you want to have on holiday."

"The stay was great overall. The staff were absolutely amazing – very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They really made the experience enjoyable."
"It’s really well located and spotlessly clean. The staff are really helpful as well. I’ve had a problem because I’ve left a sponge bag behind and they dealt with it really well."
"Amazing hotel in a great location. Easy access to metro to see sights. Everyone very friendly. We had a family room and was a good size. Beds very comfortable. Recommend to anyone."
