"Everything was good! The location is excellent near to transport and shops and also a quiet neighborhood. Les marais has everything, I recommend it. The room was clean and cute."

I understand that the person in charge should wait for me but the train delay is happening quite often in France and was not under my control. But after sometime, he suddenly informed that he'll hand over the role to his manager. But when I called the manager, he didn't respond and I felt a bit nervous. If the responsible person had explained to me a bit more it in advance it would have been better."

However, please be aware that during check-in, a 500 euro hold is placed on your credit card. It was also a hassle as we had to send five messages to their customer service and wait for a week after checkout for the funds to be returned."
