"Excellent location with very short distances to metro lines and fantastic bakeries and stores nearby. Having a lift was also a godsend, made it much easier to bring luggage up and down. Very helpful owner, gave full support when asked. Also incredibly quiet at night so easy to sleep in, having a full bathroom and kitchen is also amazing as we could clean our clothes or cook if we wanted."

"The property is wonderful for a solo traveler, and is a great value, especially by Paris standards. It has more space than most studios in Paris, is located next to two big train stations-East and North - so ideal if you are travelling from Germany/Netherlands by train. The place is well equipped, the building has a fairly well kept pool, which doesn’t seem to get too crowded. The communication with the host is very to the point and quick."
