"Fabien a été à l'écoute et disponible pour toutes nos demandes. L'appartement est très agréable. Je recommande vivement."

"Tout était très bien. Peut-être que le propriétaire devrait prévoir la possibilité de chauffer le logement de manière indépendante. Il faisait relativement frais durant la période d'occupation et si nous avions pu mettre un peu de chauffage, celui-ci aurait fort bien accompagné nos soirée. Sinon, le logement était très spacieux, la literie très confortable, le matériel et les linges de lit à disposition très propres et très biens. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortable, décorées avec goût. Nous y retournerons volontiers si nous devrions passer à nouveau dans la région. La mise à disposition du logement, ainsi que la restitution s'est faite très simplement, sans aucun soucis. Bravo au propriétaire que nous avons rencontrés et qui s'est montré très disponible."

"Het was groot, schoon en mooie kamers met goede bedden. En een goed ingerichte keuken en fijne bank. Ook een goede badkamer. De tuin en tuinmeubelen zijn ook mooi."
"Het was wel erg sober ingericht. Een beetje alsof je in een Ikea showroom was. Niets aan de muur en deels plastic planten .De verlichting was vrij fel en er ging steeds een enorm licht aan als je door de gang liep. Vooral s nachts heftig. De ventilator in de keuken was erg luid en kon niet uit."

"Appartement au 1er étage accessible par escalier extérieur. Clef permettant de se garer en sécurité dans la cour et savoir accès au logement. Les hôtes sont accueillants et très disponible. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre séjour que ce soit pour les adultes ou les enfants."

"Sehr gemütliche Wohnung nah beim Genfer See und Strand. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Öffentlicher Parkplatz zum kostenlosen Parken tagsüber für 4 Stunden mit Parkscheibe. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin."

"Very good comms, detailed instructions, everything thought about, I was there in Feb, did not need to touch the heating controls as the temp was just right, new build, felt safe, 3 grocery stores virtually under the building, measured the walk to the closest Metro station (Galleni) and it was 7mins at a comfortable pace, which is shorter than what Google maps gave me"
"The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Everything was comfortable, clean and new. The owner takes care of everything, corresponds with the guests in a very friendly manner (with us in English because we don‘t speak French :-).) There is a parking lot for every apartment. I would recommend this apartment for families or couples who prefer quite places. (No loud bars and drunk tourists around :-).) But there are restaurants and shops in walking distance."
