"Tout était parfait ! La suite est magnifique, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté impeccable. Le système sans clé est très pratique, l’hôte est disponible et réactif. Le SPA est superbe, de grande qualité et parfaitement entretenu. Une réservation sans stress grâce à toutes les informations transmises à l’avance. Ma compagne était conquise, avec plein d’étoiles dans les yeux. Un séjour idéal, tout était réuni pour se détendre et profiter pleinement."

"Had a lovely 5 night stay at Petit Erdre. The apartment is as shown on the photos, it is very comfortable and well equipped, with many thoughtful and practical touches. The balcony is a delight on a sunny day. It is brilliantly located with supermarket, boulangerie, tabac and excellent takeaway pizza within minutes. It is well connected on several bus lines which connect to the city centre, and a short walk to the tram. A brilliant place to stay in Nantes!"
"Located in a quiet and green area with own private entrance. Very spacious and lot of space to relax. Big kitchen with all the facilities, including barbecue area to be able to make your al-fresco dining. Owner is very friendly and they also have a very friendly dog - Simba :)"
