"The location is great, nice neighbourhood. The dog lives there, but the place is very clean. Even if this is a shared apartment, you'll have your own bathroom."

"This property is not clear about the place being a shared apartment. You will be staying with the owners and their dog. They are nice people, but all the same, it would be important to make this clear in the description. It seems that they are not transparent about this small "detail". The price, in this context, is ridiculous, as you will be sharing the living room and kitchen and the thin walls with strangers."

"Excellent hosts, perfect for a trip to the Parc de Princes and meters away from Metro line 9 for easy travel into Paris centre."

"Listing mentions two beds, just be aware that this means one double bed."

"Great location for my purposes. Great communication from owner. Well maintained and lovely space. (Plus an adorable pup as an added bonus)"
