The house is in a quiet area. It is super suited to do vacations, home office or studying. The next supermarket is only 5 minutes away and the beach is 8 minutes away by walking. Extremely kind host, a tastefully furnished and impeccably clean apartment, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that is very comfortable to sleep on, a beautiful and spacious terrace with a seating and dining set, excellent Wi-Fi. Fully equipped with all appliances, and everything works perfectly. Just a 12-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The garage is large enough to fit my MB GLE, which is a great advantage.
