"This is a superb property. Externally it looks quite aged, but that is all in keeping with the authentic characteristics of the neighbourhood. Internally it is fully modernised, cleverly redesigned, and very clean. We were extremely comfortable at the house for our 5 nights. All Céline’s suggestions were good, she was very helpful through the booking process. In particular her recommendations for car parking worked very well for us. The supermarket is walkable nearby as are the local shops, harbour, sea front, historical attractions and a lovely market on Saturday. The surrounding rural area is beautiful and there are several other delightful resorts and places to visit. We can recommend this property without any reservations."

"Stunning location! The view is just beautiful so eating breakfast outside each morning was a real highlight. The pool was great for our two young boys and Angie generously allowed us to share all their pool toys. She is extremely friendly and helpful but also left us to have our own space. The perfect host! There is a games room upstairs with pool and table football but we barely used it due to the sunny weather and lots of excursions to local towns and river beaches. Brantome and Aubeterre highly recommended! The property is really well equipped with everything you need for your stay and Angie also welcomed us with a hamper of goodies to get us started - including wine, biscuits, chocolate and bread (very helpful on a Sunday check-in when the shops are shut)."
