"Nice quiet location, fenced area, well-equipped house and kitchen, the house has everything you need, the interior of the house matches the photos and looks even better in real life, well-kept beautiful garden, good walking places nearby."

"Beautiful area that is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our morning walks. It was clean, tastefully designed and well equipped and had everything you need. Ot is also close to Dormans and other surrounding areas if you want to do some champagne tastings or other activities. I loved the garden to be able to play outside with the kid and dog."

"Isolated but well fitted out. Very clean and plenty of room. Beds firm but I like that."

"This place is amazing, beautiful located in the middle of almost nowhere. You have to love that! We loved the view (and sat in the garden chairs right at the fence for it). The owner Mathieu is very friendly. épernay and Hautvillers are about 30 carminutes away. The gîte is everything you need: a good bed and shower with a plus for the dishwasher and washingmachine (which we used because we did not know about the after-summer heat and brought almost only long-sleeves😀 )"

"The gite was very comfortable and well equipped. The privacy was good and the surroundings beautiful. Host was friendly and helpful and could be contacted quickly if necessary. It is remote so a car is essential. Perfect for exploring the Champange area."
"Property would benefit from a fan as it was very warm when we visited. A washing machine would be an added bonus if staying longer than a few days as we did."
"a very peaceful location though you need a car to get provisions etc"
"nothing to dislike"
"Top, top, top!!!

"check in-out automatico, ottima posizione, vicinanza parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti, buono spazio, comodo per muoversi a piedi, in auto, in bicicletta. silenzioso, pulito. ottimo wifi."
"Very warm welcome and well equiped appartement in a wonderful quiet and beautiful hamlet. Absolutely recommended, perfect price-performance."
Chantalle Chambres d' Hotes a Benaize
"The location was perfect to walk around. Parking was difficult as all the spaces taken all the time but we were there for the Christmas market and lights so it was very busy."

"Appartement grand. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer."
"The apartment is situated in a nice quiet residential area just a short walk (10mins) from the pretty town of Cassis. There is a private entrance and nice terrace area. The apartment is very clean and comfortable."
