"Easy no fuss entrance, convenient codes for doors so no.worries about keys, good location in walkable distance from the old town, facilities were great"
"Nothing! Real life just like photos, good ambience, nearby local shops, really nice gem for a relaxing night in!"
"Everything! This place is just beautiful, and I couldn’t recommend it enough to people, I will 100% be visiting again in the future. 10000/10"
"Nothing - it was perfect"
"Well located, clean ,well equipped and comfortable."
"Not easy to have fresh air without leaving window wide open all night on ground floor"
"The place has a surprising courtyard not expected as it is in a residential area. Of course the spa was great the room has a little convenient kitchen. The technology with tv at the spa and projector in bedroom is great."
"A little extra touch would make the experience perfect. Extra set towels for separate spa and shower. Little more cups and bowls in the kitchen. The pillows felt to soft of our taste and bedding felt plastic. But anyway we had a good sleep."
"We booked the Queen room for a Romantic night. We had a private Jacuzzi. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Jacuzzi room is equipped with a big TV screen and the bedroom with a projector. It is a very good value for the price considering we booked the room the week between Christmas and New year eve. We had to call the owner to ask for some information and he responded straight away. The place is located in the rive gauche of Rouen city but at working distance from a subway station and a very affordable journey to the city historical center using Uber. We really recommend this place."
"The kitchen space is very basic. Perfect for breakfast as there is a coffee machine and coffee capsule and tea bags provided but not suitable for cooking."
"Spa, bath room. And the cleaning lady was super nice. Even we don't speak French, she was still trying best to give help."

"Nice place, beautiful house, good people and of course gorgeous wine! 🍷"
"Amazing location, superb views, lots of space (2 kitchens, 3 fridges and coffee machines, bathroom for every bedroom etc etc), amazing pool, variety of leisure facilities, very attentive and welcoming hosts (the owners, Ammar and Zahra, as well Maria, the house manager). Renovated to a high standard while maintaining some period features, this is really a villa with its own unmistakable character. You are spoiled for choice which balcony to soak in the views from, with a glass/plate of whatever, and anything you may need is right there, because the owners thought of everything (including beach towels and plastic glasses in case you want your tipple near/in the pool; barbecue grill; ping-pong table and board games etc etc)"

"Very nice stay! Central but quiet with all you can ask for. Two tipps: you might need soap (at least we didn't find one, no problem we had our own). The chip is for the door downstairs. To lock the apartment upstairs you need to push up the handle of the door. If we come back, we'd love to go back to this apartment."

"L’emplacement est très bien, la maison est super, grande et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour"
"La sympathie de notre hôte, le calme, la très bonne qualité de l’aménagement et de la décoration du gîte, le terrain de pétanque, la possibilité d’avoir notamment une prestation soin du corps juste à côté du gîte. Parfait pour bien se détendre !!!"
Emilie Les Noyers De Gaudelle

"Spacious, comfortable and clean. Good facilities. Pleasant decor. Nice view, quiet village but with two nice restaurants just round the corner. Good base from where to explore and enjoyable because away from the crowds and traffic."
