"Cozy, spacious, and clean room with a lovely design. Easy check-in, great location near the train station and tourist attractions, and friendly staff."

"The location was really good. Walking distance to the Central location. I like that there is a bathroom in the room, quite convenient, you only had to share it with your room mates"

"The vibe of the place, the rooms and the staff! Everything was in place and the staff was always available to help and provide all the information needed. The room was very clean except one minor spot in a corner. The staff changed the towels everyday which was great considering the short stay."

"A little bit of forgotten dust in the corner of the room behind bunk bed which I cleaned myself since it didn't fit to the very clean room. A characteristic noise probably from the ventilation of the toilet which didn't turn off and we hear it during the night. Not something that can affect the quality of your sleep but a little bit annoying when you close your eyes. Other than that I don't have any other comments. Keep up the great work."

"It was all very nice, comfy and clean. Only pitty was that breakfast on a Monday morning was only until 9:00am. We would have preferred a little sleep in and not rush a family of 5 to breakfast."

"I arrived around 9 a.m., waited comfortably, and was kindly notified as soon as my room was ready. I even managed to sleep while waiting. The room was excellent, with a private bathroom and shower, very clean and inviting. The whole place feels like a luxury hotel. Free luggage storage is a big plus."

"Great location, very clean, the room felt more bedroom than a dorm room which was nice with the ensuite for just four people to use."

"No lockers available in the four person dorm, so no extra safety for personal belongings. And no hand soap dispenser in the toilet basin which was unhygienic."

"We were initially greeted by the resident dog and cat which we loved xx The staff were great and very helpful. We were very happy with our room, lovely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The food at the restaurant was exquisit! All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too."

"Staff were brilliant , friendly and approachable, room was cosy but acceptable in size, good view of the mountain and 'basket' lift. Location was super with basket lift to main ski lifts literally over the road and when I was there possibility to ski back to the hotel. There is a spacious lounge/bar area and ski rental in the basement. Breakfasts were good and for evening dining there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Definitely would stay again if in Alp d'Huez"

"Staying at Le Catalan was a fantastic experience overall. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and from the moment you arrive, the setting stands out. Perched on top of a hill, the hotel offers beautiful panoramic sea views, creating a calm and elevated atmosphere throughout the stay. Its location is ideal — within walking distance of the village center, yet peaceful and slightly removed, giving you the best of both worlds. The availability of free parking is also a great plus. "The hotel is excellent! The accommodations are great, with lots of space, everything is very clean and comfortable. It was winter when we were there (very cold outside), but inside the hotel and the room it was very warm, with a good heating system. The water was also nice and warm. There is free parking available at the hotel, and the breakfast was awesome! Regine is a very kind and special host, and the dogs are also very friendly. If you don’t like dogs, don’t worry, they won’t bother you at all. I would definitely stay there again!"
