"Le logement est très bien situé on est à même pas 10min du centre ville et à 5min du centre commercial. Le fait que ce studio a été aménager au "sous-sol", il fait toujours frais. Les proprios ont toujours été disponible, arrangeant et flexible. On a pu partir plus tard que l'heure qui était de base prévu. Si vous cherchez un lieu pour vous reposez le temps d'un séjour, je recommande à 100%"

"Every part of the house was well appointed, comfortable and in a super location. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 little children. The house is spacious. Each bedroom (4) was large and comfortable with a WC and a shower room. A well equipped kitchen means self catering is fun and easy. The house is set in a rural setting. Peace and quiet assured. The swimming pool was great. Totally recommended."

"The location is very functional and well connected, close to bus, metro, and train routes. Pharmacies, supermarkets, and small restaurants are all within a two-minute walk. If you need anything else, all the services at Matabiau Station are right at your disposal. Paul is a responsive host who answers quickly and clearly to any request. The place is comfortable, quiet, safe, and well equipped. For my work trip, Paul’s accommodation was more than suitable. Highly recommended."
