Champs Elysees

"Everything! Lots of thoughtful details and tastefully decorated. It was really quiet and comfortable too. The host was super welcoming"

"The owner was very kind and easy to talk to. Breakfast ,shower, rooms and atmosphere is perfect."

"The host was extremely kind and helpful from before I arrived. Communication was excellent despite the language barrier. A beautiful, secluded property not far from the motorway and perfectly air conditioned, which my dog and i really appreciated. The jacuzzi bath and massive shower are a great feature. A real spot of peace and Zen for people who need a bit of relaxation on their journey. I highly recommend this property."

"Wonderful stay at l'eau Vive for two nights this September. A beautiful home created with love. Great location for the Loire, particularly if you plan to cycle. Delicious food as well, if you like your food you will enjoy the cooking here. The host is an excellent chef as well as being multilingual so communication was never a problem."

"Excellent location, very responsive host, helped us locate the entrance since it was a bit confusing at first"

"We loved our stay here! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have wished for — cooking felt effortless and enjoyable. The in-house terrace was a perfect spot for relaxing with a coffee or sharing a meal, offering a cozy connection between indoors and outdoors. The garden was simply beautiful, a peaceful retreat full of charm and greenery. Our host was fantastic, happily accommodating our requests and sharing great local recommendations that made our visit even more special. Altogether, it made for a stay that was both comfortable and memorable."
