"Bonjour,ont a dormi une nuit en famille (2 enfants,1 bébé, 2 adultes + mon frère)pour une soirée d'anniversaire dans une ville voisine, je suis très contente du chalet, il est équipé de part et d'autre, ça donne vraiment envie de passer une semaine en vacances au beau jours, Chalet pas loin des jeux,ont vois le toboggan (piscine) de la cuisine, je vous recommande vraiment le chalet j'ai très bien aimé, Merci beaucoup au propriétaire aussi pour leurs gentillesse, ils répondent très vite aux messages/appels, Je reviendrai sûrement!"

"Ein traumhaftes Paradies in abgeschiedener Ruhe! Schlüsselübergabe absolut problemlos. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern (WhatsApp bzw. Email)! Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und großer Garten mit sehr schöner Aussicht (vor allem vom Frühstückstisch). Top Ausstattung und super (!) sauber! Ordner mit Hinweisen, Ausflugs- und Restaurantvorschlägen etc. vor Ort. Dieser Ort verdient wirklich eine 10! Dankeschön Dominique! Ergänzung September 2024: Wir haben soeben die Bewertung von Christine gelesen, und können diese absolut nicht bestätigen. In Summe eine 4 von 10 ist definitiv nicht angemessen und wird weder dem Haus noch den Eigentümern gerecht!! Wir waren im selben Zeitraum dort (August 24): Es gab nach unserem Empfinden wenige Mücken und es war wirklich unproblematisch. Deswegen eine 4/10 zu geben ist falsch!!"
"Authentic view from the window with historic buildings of Nice visible in the distance. The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening as the sun sets. The apartment has a pleasant layout, everything is neat and convenient. Wi-Fi 300-500 mbs🔥The kitchen is well-equipped, and the warm tones with natural light create a cozy atmosphere. The flat is compact but very comfortable. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the sea 🏝️, and the street is clean and quiet. A special experience is crossing the tram tracks surrounded by green grass as you head toward the beach. There is a full Carrefour supermarket just across the road, including organic options. A great place to feel the real vibe of Nice. AZZZZUR baby 😎☀️"

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Très bel appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement. Un gros plus pour la terrasse qui permet d’avoir encore plus d'espace. Commerces a proximité intermarché et super u très pratique."
