"Overall is good, environment and balcony exceed my expectation."

"The shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty, only soap and two small packets of shampoo were provided, which was clearly insufficient. The washing machine downstairs had a black screen, Idk whether it's malfunctioning or something else, and the instructions were unclear."

"Perfect base for exploring Aix. Central but quiet, all that you need, good shower, lovely big sunny terrace. Very use secure bag drop for before/after check in/out. Very good system for check in and access."

"Unfortunately, one of the bed legs appeared to be missing, causing the middle section to sink, and making it very difficult to sleep. However, when I informed the staff the following day, they reacted promptly, apologised and offered a €50 compensation for the inconvenience."

"The hotel room was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Good air con and decent kitchen. The location is excellent, bars and restaurants, shopping complex and the Cours all readily accessible."

"The biggest issue we had is there are MAJOR construction works right next door to the hotel. Significant excavation across a large site, work starts at 7.30am Mon-Sat. Due to the nature of the work stage the noise was deafening and the vibration can be felt in the room. There's no staff, it's self service, this is fine but we were asked to pay our tourist taxes at the machine inside the hotel which wasn't working. Emailed but got no response."

"Self check in and easy to locate. Very near and walkable distant to shopping malls and markets. Also short distance to the bus station of Aix."

"The apartment was very beautiful and big enough, you're really near the city center, like 5 min of walk. The staff was very helpful and social. I really enjoyed the stay, I will definitely come back to stay in the future."
