"Le personnel de la maison d'hôtes est vraiment sympathique et arrangeant. Il y a des toilettes sur le palier, ce qui est pratique quand la salle de bain est déjà utilisée. La maison d'hôtes est très calme, on y dort bien. Nous n'avons dîné qu'une seule fois mais c'était très bon. Les petits-déjeuners servis sont également bons et copieux."

"De host was een supervriendelijke dame (haar echtgenoot zagen we minder, want die stond in de keuken); het avondeten was top, vooral de vleesschotels. De parking achter het hotel was zeer welkom daar het zeer druk was in het dorp door de etappe Mûr de Bretagne van deTour de France!"

"Het toilet in onze badkamer was aan de smalle kant. Maar ja, wij zijn dan ook geen slanke mensen 😉!"

"Easy check in, comfortable, has all the amenities you would need"

"The location is incredible with absolutely stunning views over the Bay of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat and the Med beyond. The immediate area is occupied by luxury villas and is a designated quiet zone. There was everything we needed from the beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, table football, table tennis and most importantly (for our son anyway!) a half basketball court. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for us all. We had towels and cleaning equipment provided which was really useful. It was lovely to be just tucked around the corner from busy Nice but still have that and other places (Antibes, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Eze etc) within an hours drive."

"Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre-ville, dans une zone piétonne, près de la place de l'hôtel de ville. Un parking est disponible à une centaine de mètres ainsi que plusieurs arrêts de bus. Commerces en tout genre et restaurants se trouvent aux alentours, notamment une petite pizzeria pour laquelle un bon d'achat nous est offert à l'entrée. Les pizzas sont délicieuses et généreuses mais il faut penser à commander avant. Arrivées et départs en toute autonomie, les instructions étant données en amont. L'hôte est agréable et arrangeant, et reste disponible si besoin. Le logement est plutôt bien équipé, on peut y cuisiner et faire sa lessive si nécessaire. Petit plus, pas de frais de ménage, il suffit de laisser le logement comme on aimerait le trouver. Impeccable."

"We loved this home for 2 nights, it was so cosy and comfortable and just the break we needed. Nicolas was a pleasure to meet, he is so welcoming and warm! We loved the garden setting, 3 chickens and lovely home feeling. The kichen had everything you need. It was great to come home after exploring and biking to relax at home. We would happily stay again."

"Estivado sea view was in a great location for our holiday in the amazing town of Cassis. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay including great views of the med and use of our own private pool for the week set in beautiful surroundings. Although we didn’t meet Michel the owner we found communication really easy and was impressed to receive a message during our stay to check if all was good. We all loved our time spent at Estivado sea view and in the town of Cassis."
