"Very clean and in order with all facilities exception made of laundry equipment (washing machine and ironing equipment). Enough space for my family size composed of a spouse with a child, a single mother with her 2 kids and myself. Quite convenient location as nearby restaurants, bank, supermarché, train station etc. and just 10 minute drive to the Beauval zoo."

"Excellent apartment, in a beautiful building, a couple of minutes walk to a quiet beach on the Promenade des anglais. Very well equipped, lovely shaded garden, good contact with Cendrine, very kind and helpful with wine and aperos on arrival. Tram stop just around the corner, less than 5 minutes walk, local shops for bread and provisions also within 5 minutes walk. Great views from bedroom and lounge onto the garden and can see the sea from the raised terrace."
