The continental breakfast was hearty and nutritious: diverse breads, baguettes, croissants, and madeleines fresh from the oven. Fresh fruits, some from the Residences les Chenes orchard. Preserves and spreads from local fruits. Orange juice and apple juice (from Residence les Chenes apples). Freshly brewed coffee with many preparation options. The staff attended to all needs and concerns and demonstrated keen insight into local history, culture, and opportunities for memorable experiences in a part of France with abundant natural beauty and deep traditions, particularly with respect to food, wine, arts and crafts, and architecture."
