"L’extérieur est un havre de paix, juste les petits bruits des oiseaux, c’est enivrant. L’intérieur est un cocon où l’on s’y sent très bien. Jean-Luc est une personne merveilleuse, qui nous a apporté beaucoup d’amour dans son accueil."

"La localisation du gîte est merveilleuse avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. La décoration et le confort du gîte sont un plus, on s'y est vraiment bien senti. Et les discussions avec notre hôte ont rendu notre séjour à Bérard vraiment très agréable."

"Wunderschönes Haus - liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Herzlicher Gastgeber, der uns ein wundervolles Frühstück gezaubert hat! In einer tollen Alleinlage mit wunderbarer Aussicht gelegen. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen, doch mein Partner hat Asthma und verträgt Teppiche im Schlafzimmer leider nicht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort!!!"

"The view from the balcony was incredible. You can see the whole bay, from Menton, Nice, and round the Cap D’Antibe. Really relaxing. The apartment is in a more quiet, residential area, not right in town. There are two bus routes pretty near by that can get you int Juan Les Pins or Antibes really easily and the train station was about a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment is modern and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. A nice large lounge area and two balconies. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The pool was fun, my kids enjoyed it, although zero seating around the pool and little shade. There’s a decent carrefour supermarket within walking distance which was great. Elizabeth was helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We had a wonderful time!"

"It was very conveniently located and the lockable garage was a big bonus. The small courtyard received sun most of the day and was a pleasant place to sit for a drink or have a bite to eat. The owners were quick to respond to our booking and let us know about the keys etc. On the last day, we arrived back and the electric wasn't working. After checking the fuse board, we couldn't get it to work, so messaged the owner. Within 5 minutes, he arrived and tried to find the fault. He also couldn't fix it, so called Enedis (the electric company) who came in around 30 minutes and found the problem. Excellent service and communication throughout! The owner was also very friendly and had a good sense of humour."
