Balcon Champs Elysees

"Really quiet and well kitted out. Everything worked well and host was very helpful as I couldn’t get all details to work on booking.com It just didn’t show pictures and detail from host."

"Dans un lieu très calme et le gîte était très propre et complet."

"Fantastic view, although it’s hard to not have one in Chamonix"

"The host was very welcoming, the location was excellent, and the facilities and cleanliness were 10/10! We would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Sanary in the future!"

"Fanstastic house, located close to wonderful beach. The house has three big bedrooms, three toilets, two living rooms, two gardens and huge kitchen with all necessary equipment. Great place to spend family holidays, prepare your own food (e.g. frutti di mare). Walking distance to three beaches - the nearest about 5min, others 15-20min."

"Very comfortable flat, well laid out, quiet, with great views, with quality materials and appliances. Close to the slopes and city centre with free shuttle stopping just outside the property. Perfect for children, with box of toys and board games available"

"Bel appartement, spacieux et idéalement situé. Bien équipé, parfait pour une famille"

"The location was perfect for us because our family was staying nearby. This is a beautiful part of France if you like rural locations. The peace and quiet are a huge bonus. The house was perfect for us but there are stairs to enter the house and also stairs internally so this might be a challenge for some people. The house is very old and full of character, which meant that the ceilings upstairs are low with roof beams to be negotiated. The doorway into the ensuite upstairs is also very low. The shower room downstairs suited my tall partner better. The property has a spacious, modern and well equipped kitchen and a pleasant lounge."
