"This is my first time in paris. Im a student. The owner of the building antony is a good person and responsive. He even let us stay in a smaller room for less cost till we found our student accommodation and he even agreed to let us stay for 3 months till we found our accommodation. Thank you Antony"

"Équipements au top, quelques cafés et boissons à l'arrivée à disposition. Studio propre. Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin."

"La literie ( mais c'est très personnel) lit en 2x90, donc un trou au milieu. Cependant la literie est de bonne qualité et confortable."

"The owner was very friendly and helpful and kindly let us check in early. The room is an attic conversion with it's own bathroom and a small tea and coffee space with sink and fridge. Two min walk from the train station and 5 min to the harbor with a number of restaurants that specialise in the local seafood. We had a comfortable sleep."
