"This is a lovely hotel located in the old port area. the location is excellent with easy access to the main attractions and to metro and bus links. The continental breakfast was outstanding and the room, while small was very comfortable."

"A very affordable no-frills hotel which nonetheless had what we needed and was spotlessly clean, even where not in its first youth. Once the doors opened at 3pm, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly gentleman who stowed our bikes, sorted out the rooms and gave us information on free (close-by) car parking for our driver, and on good local restaurants. It is sited in the centre so has easy access to everything you want to see. There was secure bike parking although in a small room so they advise booking ahead in higher season. We had a small bedroom which was pretty tight, but our friends took a larger one and had plenty of space. The shower was good. Although on a town street it was more or less quiet by bedtime and we slept peacefully on a comfy bed. Breakfast was fine with enough choice and scope to augment the tiny strong coffees from the kettle to get them to English taste!"
