"One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and I’m fortunate enough to have been to a few! Stunning Architecture, friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful rooms! The breakfast (and afternoon tea) in the executive lounge (can’t quite remember the name) were excellent! Were fantastic with catering to my wife’s dietary requirement too. Would absolutely come back one day as I didn’t get to see enough of the local area. We did however take a walk through the shops (more than you could ever dream of!) on orchard road."

the room had a tiny window and the room facilities weren't amazing but did the job. Gym was tiny.

"This was a homestay with a very kind young family. The location was unbeatable, being literally 1 minute from the SengKang MRT and the Compas One Mall where I had a few meals. The choices were unlimited. There was also a Cold Storage supermarket which was super convenient too. The room was small but clean, the bathroom clean and hygienic. Bath and face towels were supplied as were shared toiletries."

Thsse are minor critiques and probably more that I am not used to the situation than an actual problem. 1. Not toilet paper is kept in the bathroom, but the hosts provided it once I mentioned I would like to have toilet paper. 2. On the first night the power was turned off some time during the night. I woke up boiling hot at 2am. After bringing my observations to the hosts, this did not occur again during my stay. 3. The water pressure is only adequate. The water is only lukewarm but as it is so hot in Singapore, this didn't affect me. I still enjoyed my stay and the room suited my purpose to efficently attend a workshop in Singapore.
