"Location is great, staff is friendly. One incident I had, staff offered to call me a cab driver at the reception right when I told them I was calling one already. My guess was that it was hotel transportation and free. Just for the driver to charge me and he was even so rude. Staff should tell visitors if a service is free or not and not assume we know especially after I told them I was already getting one."
