De afstand om naar de badkamer te lopen was snachts in de regen wat ver.

"Gorgeous dome, well equipped. Easy to get to from the centre of Reykjavik by public bus. Easy self check in and information pack. The dome was spotless and nice and warm with the heaters when we arrived. We used the log burner and there was a good supply of wood and fire starters. The bathroom was clean and we weren’t bothered about it not being in the dome. We didn’t use the showers as we only stayed one night. The kitchen facilities were great and we heated up some food we brought with us. The hot tub was amazing and the mini bottle of fizz and the drinks were a great bonus. We drank it whilst watching the northern lights from the hot tub."

The food was also outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We honestly cannot understand some of the negative comments regarding the food, as our experience was excellent in every aspect. If you are looking for tranquility, stunning desert scenery, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place. We would return anytime!"

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.
