"Lovely Art Deco building; lots of original features and very comfy beds. The staff are lovely . Free breakfast is a real bonus . Walking distance of sites and close to a cable car station."

"El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, cerca de supermercados, un mall, y una estación del teleférico a 10 minutos caminando. Se llega en trufi desde el aeropuerto a la Plaza Isabel la Católica (a 2 minutos caminando al hotel) en 30 a 40 minutos. No es el hotel más nuevo, pero todo está en buen estado y confortable. La recepcionista es muy amable y cortés. Me ayudó con todos mis peticiones y siempre estaba a la disposición de todos los huéspedes. El desayuno es amplio con una variedad grande de productos."
"Hay que tomar en cuenta que se cobra el precio en bolivianos por el cambio paralelo. Además, hay habitaciones que se encuentran cerca del lugar de desayuno, así que desde temprano hay un poco de bulla. Se puede guardar equipaje después del check-out, pero tiene un costo adicional después de la 1 PM."
