"Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, HOT water, very clean! Staff at the front desk were super helpful with any request. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice (if you get there on the earlier side!)"

"The location is a little far - 25-30min walk from the centre & restaurants etc. The hotel was quite expensive - but that’s probably because we booked around carnival time."

"I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say that everything was very good! The hotel provided secured parking which was nice. The building is new or recently renovated because everything was in great shape. The interiors looked nice, the bathrooms worked great and there were no smells or old maintenance issues. The rooms were warm and cozy, which made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast options were enough and perfect for the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this town"

"Staff could not have been more helpful - I ended up in Oruro after an issue with my buses. My next bus wasn't until later the next day, I was poorly, and they allowed me to have a late check out. They stored my luggage too, but also allowed me to sit in reception for a while to sort my travel plans out. Great breakfast too! Thank you for your kind hospitality."

"Literie qui se défait, on a passé notre nuit à refaire le lit... Les chambres classiques sont très petites et sans fenêtres sur l'extérieur... il faut demander une chambre "de luxe" pour avoir de la place et la lumière du jour"

"The hotel has a really good location in San Miguel (Calacoto), close to many good restaurants, cafes and shops. San Miguel is a very nice area in the south zone, but note that is is far from La Paz center (30-40 minutes in taxi, which costs ~50 Bs). The hotel is quite new, and our deluxe apartments were very nice with a bedroom with a big window, nice beds, a great view (we were on the 7th floor) and a well functioning bathroom. Breakfast is small but nice. Contains what you expect in Bolivia in these types of hotels: Cakes, bread, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, eggs prepared on order, coffee etc. The breakfast varies a bit from day to day, which is nice. The staff is helpful and very friendly."

"We stayed 4 nights in the junior suite and it was amazing. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful view of the garden. The bed was very large and comfortable. What surprised us the most was the kindness of the owner. Carmen was extremely kind and helpful! We received many great recommendations for museums and restaurants, and she was always there whenever we had any questions. You can clearly see that she is very passionate about her job. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, but be aware… you might want to stay even longer 😉"

"The apartment was wonderful, with big spacious, well designed rooms. Very clean, with all you need. The landlord’s sister, responsible for our wellbeing, was such a nice person, just comforting us, giving good advices and helped, where she could. We could ask her for washing opportunities of our clothes, to leave our luggage’s in her little shop, when our bus just left in the evening. She and her husband were very lovely, friendly persons and took their responsibility, while the landlord was abroad and staid in contact via WhatsApp. A wonderful place to stay, if you accept one roule : be in the house at 11:00 pm"
