The Hello Sofia Guesthouse occupies a historic building in the centre of Sofia, 800 metres from the National Theatre and 1 km from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The property features energy saving appliances and light sources, 100% cotton and handmade woollen blankets and goose feather pillows. Most of the colourfully decorated rooms at Guesthouse Hello Sofia feature an LCD cable TV, wooden floors and a bathroom with shower. Some units share bathroom facilities. Some rooms feature air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available, and guests can use a shared kitchen with a coffee machine, tea maker, refrigerator and kitchen amenities. A hairdryer and an iron can be provided upon request. The Hello Sofia is only a short walk away from Serdica Metro Station. The main train and bus station can be reached in 7 minutes' ride with the subway. Sofia Airport is 18 km away, and an airport shuttle service is available on request.

"(Visited 14/08/2025 - 17/08/2025) It's really great for its price! Very central location in Sofia, close to the center of Serdica, 5 minutes from the metro station, with many cultural sites and museums to visit nearby, as well as restaurants to eat, so it's very convenient location-wise! It's definitely an old building and it looks like it, but the room we were given was cozy, quiet, comfortable and clean enough. The wi-fi had great signal and the air-condition worked. There was hot water in the shower, too. There's a common room/kitchen that is very convenient for cooking or having your coffee and breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything we needed! In my opinion, for such a low price, it's a great place to stay in Sofia!"

"I have to say that we got locked out of our room and stack in the hallway of the building at 1am and texted the owner. They replied immediately and got us out. For this I give 9/10 , the other 1/10 I don't give because i didn't get the chance to use anything else apart from the bed and the toilet."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
