"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to a tram stop (although if walking up from Brussels North the hill is a bit steep."

"A bit more bleach in the toilet would have been nice. The lift wasn't working, but I was only one floor up. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable"

"The location is very convenient, right outside the metro station and a short walk/ride from EU institutions. The check-in/check-out process was very easy The apartment was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was clean and comfortable."
