Villa Mimi

"It was a fantastic place in a quite small town near Yerevan! We had a very nice private room in a house extension separate from the main house. It was very clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The common living area had a very cool atmosphere; we loved it. We saw that there's a pool as well; however, October was already quite chilly for using it. The host was very polite and even spoke English, which we found very uncommon in Armenia."

"Very clean territory, hospitable owner, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Place is dogfriendly - we were with an adult retriever. Beautiful view of the mountains, many fruit trees - in the middle of the day you can hide in the shade of the garden."

"Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot."

"Artem ist der Hausherr dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft und er ist sehr bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Auf Nachfrage gibt selbst hergestellte Marmeladen und Obstschnapsverkostungen. Ein gebuchtes armenisches Abendessen erweis sich als äußerst schmackhaft. Ebenso bietet Artem Touren in die Umgebung an. Er ist sehr kommunikativ und interessiert, man sich sehr anregend mit ihm unterhalten. Wir haben mit Bedacht die letzten drei Nächte unserer 22-tägigen Armenienreise dort verbracht, um ein wenig Urlaub vom Urlaub zu verbringen. Dafür ausschlaggebend war auch der Pool, auf den sich unsere Kinder schon gefreut hatten. Sie durften ihn kostenlos benutzen (sonst gewöhnlich eine Nutzung gegen Aufpreis) und haben dies reichlich getan."
