"Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile col quale è stato molto facile cominicare. Ha risposto velocemente a tutti i miei messaggi ed è stato di grande aiuto. La posizione è ottima, da lì si raggiunge il centro di Gyumri in pochi minuti. Ideale che ci sia posto per parcheggiare la macchina. L'appartamento è grande (fin tropppo per una coppia) e dispone di tutte il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Pulizie eccezionali, ottima temperatura interna."

"Отличное местоположение! Апартаменты находятся одновременно и в самом центре города. но в тихом месте. До центральной площади 10 мин неспешной ходьбы, но рядом нет шумных заведений. Это полноценная квартира из трёх зон: небольшая кухня со всем необходимым инвентарём, гостиная с телевизором и удобным, в том числе для сна, диваном и спальней! Плюс ванная комната, оснащённая так же всем необходимым, в том числе, стиральной машиной. Очень гостеприимные хозяева!!! Нам всё очень понравилось! Всем рекомендую, кто приезжает в Гюмри на несколько дней, останавливаться именно здесь!"

"Чисто, аккуратно, есть все, что может понадобиться - фен, утюг, стиральная машина. Кухня укомплектована, посуда чистая, без сколов. А самое главное в паре минут ходьбы от центра, тихо и спокойно."
