"We stayed just for one night, but it was much more than we expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect—right in the very centre, with everything within walking distance. Honestly, it was the best place we have ever chosen to stay in Gyumri. Highly recommended!"

"Apartment is located in the prime location within the city. Everything is at a walkable distance. Plenty of parking outside and inside. There are many restaurants around to go have a meal. Supermarket is also close by if you need something for cooking. We cooked our own breakfast as the places open up after 9am. Coming to the apartment, it was very spacious. Though there were 2 bedrooms, we only used one. Kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Bathrooms was nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Open the balcony and you get fresh air. Hosts were easy to communicate. The main host can speak English while the worker needs some help with translator. However, it wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely recommend it to others."

"When we entered the apartment, it smelled of smoking. We had to open all doors to let go off the smell. Other than that, all was good."

"Super clean and comfortable , well designed, beautiful, with very large balcony, in the very centre of city Gyumri, very good communication with the property owner, he welcomed us warmly and helped whatever we asked about. Good cafes and restaurants are close, just walking 6-7 minutes and there are many cafes to have a good breakfast or dinner with friends and family."
