"Unmatched Armenian hospitality – 4 minutes from the terminal! Five stars! The location of the apartment is unbeatable, truly just 4 minutes from the airport, which was a huge convenience for our family. What exceeded all our expectations, however, was the incredible kindness of the owner. We arrived with the family at the most impossible hour, 3 AM, but he handled it seamlessly: as part of the promised free transfer, he personally came to pick us up at the airport. We truly experienced the famous Armenian hospitality first-hand here. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. For any family wanting a stress-free arrival or departure in Yerevan, this is the best choice. Thank you for everything!"

"A perfect place to stay and explore the area. Communication with host was perfect, room is spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom functional, and the terrace lovely. Everything was very clean. The house is in a panoramic, very quiet location."
