"The breakfast is really good and rich, basically it counts for 2 meals."

"WiFi doesn't work very well and you have to ask the owner to put the modem outside their house. The owner and her family are nice and friendly"

"Great host who makes sure her guests are comfortable, she asked what time I wanted breakfast and checked the heating was working in my room without any prompting. Coffee provided on arrival and a brilliant breakfast included in the price with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Great value for money. There is also a small store a few minutes walk away."

"I received a very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. The accommodation is just a 12-minute walk from the Tatev Monastery. They offer a generous homemade breakfast. The room is clean and well-maintained."

"This is our third stay at Aida’s B and B, we have recreived a warm welcome every single time, the beds are comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. the breakfast is a treat, we love having Aida’s home made jam, cheese, and especially the rejane."

"The bathroom is functional, please be advised that it is a shared facility between the rooms. There has never been an issue."

"The place is perfectly located near major city attractions, which made getting around really easy. The room was spacious and had more amenities than you’d normally expect from a hotel. Also, even though I didn’t meet the host in person, he was very polite, approachable, and helpful throughout. Overall, it truly felt like having your own home in Armenia. 🙌"

"The villa was spacious, and all the rooms were on one floor which was not clear from the photos. We appreciated this as a group of 11 people ranging in age from 2 to 80 years old. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Even before our arrival, they assisted us in choosing interesting places to visit in Armenia and also organized a full-day tour for us with an English speaking guide."

"We stayed here and were stoked with the choice. The house is pretty big – five bedrooms all up – and it was spotless. The backyard with the pool became our hang-out spot, especially on those hot days. Evenings were perfect for dinners outside, and during the day it was an easy stroll into Yerevan’s main sights. The Wi-Fi’s fast, all the appliances work like a charm, and the place has everything you’d need to feel comfy. The host’s super quick to reply and pays attention to the little things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort and peace but still want to be close to the city centre."
