"The room that we stayed in was very nice. It was small, but for 2 people it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and when we needed help they helped us right away! It was a quiet place and we couldn't hear the neighbors at all! The beach bars are 3 min. walk and there is super market and pharmacy close to the hotel as well."

"The only small problem that came up is that the water from the shower in our room was going out of the door when we showered and also I would suggest to add some extra hangers to hang the wet clothes after the beach."

"The room was clean,in the apartment have small kitchen with some kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable for sleeping."

"Really small bathroom, unfortunately there is only a shower but without any glass to protect the other elements in the bathroom from water, just by taking a shower the water is everywhere in the bathroom."

"Perfect location. It is very near to the beach and all other infrastructure. Air condition in each room. Perfect breakfast with a variety of items on the table. Parking place just in front of apartment. Friendly owners. Recommended in Ksamil."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vila Reni Risi! The location is perfect — peaceful and beautifully situated, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The villa itself was very cosy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying, a perfect start to each day. Everything was great from start to finish — we would happily return and definitely recommend it to others!"

"Absolutely stunning! We love the apartment. It is a new building. All rooms are very modern and beautiful. Very high standard for unbelievably low price. The owners are very friendly and help with any questions. Our breakfast was very fresh and tasty! The location of Vila is brilliant! It is a 3 min walk from the beautiful Ksamil beach and also the same distance to the local market or good restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone who will stay in Ksamil 😍. Perfect! 10 of 10. !!! "Specious, clean rooms with all needed inside. Caring hosts, good breakfast! Parking available Rooms getting cleaned often. Host is happy to reccomend places to go to and provide any help. Good view from the balcony and nice location with easy access to everything."

"The hotel was exceptional. I unfortunately hurt my ankle while in Gjirokaster and had to stay an extended amount of time in town and this is where I stayed. Originally one night I extended to three nights and the staff were happy to extend my stay for me. The staff was 24/7 and helped me order food delivery and organising the bus to Tirana. They even dropped me off at the bus stop which was super helpful due to my crutches. I would recommend a stay here for anyone who needs a couple of night in between places. Nightly price was good and the room was clean."

"I loved it here and in Qeparo. The hosts were so sweet and warm and kind, as was the daughter who speaks perfect English and helps remotely. A beautiful apartment, clean, a comfy bed, and super nice shower. A view to die for from the balcony. I loved sitting out to watch the sun go down. They let me check in early when I arrived by bus and gave me juice and biscuits in the morning, which I didn't expect at all. The steps down to the beach are steep, but I quickly got used to them, and were full of pretty flowers. A little cafe and supermarket directly opposite, and several nice restaurants nearby. Amazing value and a little piece of paradise in my trip. I only wish I could've stayed longer."
