"Fully equipped apartment with everything you could need for a short or long stay, excellent location for access to the New Bazaar area, and a short walk to Skanderbeg Square (no more than 10 mins). Amazingly helpful and accommodating host, who also supplied extremely good instructions which made finding this property pretty easy (it could have been really tricky without such helpful instructions!). Excellent check-in/check-out system, and the apartment felt extremely secure. As we were approaching the end of our trip, it was extremely helpful that it had washing machine/ airer for the little balcony/ iron & ironing board. Would highly recommend this apartment for short and long stays, for leisure or business purposes!"

"If you do not mind taking a bus into the city centre, then the location is good. There are bus stations very close by so you do not have to walk long distances. Also, there is a major bus park just across from the hotel if you want to get to other parts of Albania, like Durres. It is a hotel I would like to stay in again. Staff are very polite and professional and easy to engage with, especially the ones at the reception. There was this great guy at the reception but I have forgotten his name – always ready to give you ideas of where to visit and help with other enquiries – very friendly. I also like that you do not have to pay separately to use the spa."
